The company has various Independent Consultant’s who collaborate with the company as independent Contractors. Each person has the freedom to promote, and host events of his activity with Neworkom International Ltd. Such events may be publicized on the Neworkom web portals. However, anyone registering to such events shall be notified that these events ARE NOT ORGANIZED BY NEWORKOM INTERNATIONAL LTD, even though promoted on our web-portals.
The organizer/s of the event shall be listed underneath each event, and the organizer/s shall be solely responsible for the event hosted in its totality.
The company Neworkom International Ltd, does not assume any responsibility for any omission errors of any kind and for any type of direct, indirect or accidental damage resulting from such events, or any form of content presented during these unofficial events.
Any false publicity or communications stated by the independent Consultants, which is contrary to what is publicly advertised by Neworkom International Ltd shall be disregarded and we would appreciate shall such false information be also communicated to us by email on info@neworkom.com.
Media. By attending the Events whether OFFICIAL OR UNOFFICIAL EVENTS you acknowledge and agree to grant the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grants the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.
